Enforcement Support Executive (suitable for a Law Graduate or Paralegal)
We are recruiting for a leading High Court Enforcement business in Manchester experiencing significant growth and seeking talented individuals to join their team. This is a different career path for a law graduate or paralegal, and potentially a really rewarding one.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing crucial support to their field agents.
About the Ideal Candidate:
- Paralegal or Law Graduate preferred, but not essential.
- Strong academic background.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Case Management: Prepare reports, review files, and support enforcement strategies.
- Client Liaison: Liaise with solicitors, stakeholders, and debtors.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent service to both internal and external clients.
- Administration: Handle administrative tasks, including diary management, reporting, and payment processing.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to SLAs and internal procedures.
- Teamwork: Support colleagues and contribute to the team's success.
