The Role

The firm is looking to hire an Employment Lawyer for its award-winning team in Bury St Edmunds.

The role will offer a broad and interesting caseload, including but not limited to; both claimant and defendant, contentious and non-contentious employment contract work, assisting on commercial matters, redundancy, post-termination restrictions, settlement agreements, TUPE and whistleblowing.

You will work as part of the firm's flourishing employment department. This role comes with excellent prospects for personal and professional development and progression, with many of the senior Lawyers and Partners at the firm are homegrown.

Requirements:

  • You will be an Employment Lawyer with NQ-4 PQE
  • You will be highly organised and confident in managing your own caseload
  • You will be comfortable in managing/developing client relationships and enjoy working in a client-facing position
  • With a collaborative culture running through the firm, the ability to work in a team is essential
