TAX LITIGATION SENIOR ASSOCIATE

Superb opportunity for an ambitious tax lawyer with this leading national and international firm.

On the back of a highly successful period, and changes within the team, the tax practice is looking to add a mid to senior level tax litigator to their team.

Work is varied and covers all forms of both direct and indirect contentious tax matters including HMRC investigations, managing tax risk and tax litigation before the tax tribunals and higher courts.

The firm is well known for its positive and friendly culture and you will enjoy working within a supportive team with plenty of collaboration and a fantastic training and development programme. There are great development and progression opportunities available.

Suitable candidates will have a minimum of 4 years PQE with strong tax litigation experience. Candidates with a mixed practice of contentious and non contentious tax work, or transactional tax lawyers, keen to focus on contentious work are encouraged to apply.
