Senior Associate - Employment - Norwich/ Cambridge with hybrid working
Client
A highly regarded and forward thinking national law firm with an excellent client base and a Sunday Times 100 Best Company to work for.
Role
- Working mainly for employers in the commercial sector this role involves working closely with an established team
- Advising and supporting SME and mid-market private sector businesses local, regionally, nationally and internationally.
- Advising employers on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters,
- Engaging in business development activity to promote the firm's practice in Norwich.
- You will also act for employers in our education and government sectors, as well as occasionally for employees.
You
- 4+ years' experience gained in a reputable firm with a substantive employment law practice.
- Self-starting, possessing common sense and initiative, and the ability to work as a team-player working on complex matters.
- Able to build very good relationships with clients, potential clients and multipliers,
- Some previous experience of providing employment law support to corporate transactions, including drafting contracts, settlement agreements and undertaking due diligence is desirable
