The Role
As part of this highly ranked, well established Private Client team, you will specialise in the administration of complex, high value & prestigious estates with clients across the Uk.
Recognised as one of the most successful Private Client teams outside of London, you can be assured of working alongside some of the most talented and knowledgeable solicitors in the Private Client sector.
What To Expect In This Role
- Offering guidance on optimising capital tax reliefs and exploring opportunities to reduce or defer capital tax liabilities, with a focus on agricultural and/or business assets.
- Evaluating and advising on the establishment of new trusts, as well as making modifications to existing trust arrangements.
- Managing compliance obligations for trusts and other entities, including adherence to the Trust Registration Service requirements.
- Preparing legal documents such as wills, letters of intent, powers of attorney, trust agreements and deeds for appointment or advancement.
- Incorporating life insurance policies into trusts as part of comprehensive estate planning strategies.

- Private Client Solicitor 5+PQE
- Can manage a varied caseload
- Has strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients and colleagues alike.
- Is well organised and can prioritise efficiently
