Corporate Partner – Glasgow or Edinburgh – International Firm

My client is large UK HQ firm with an impressive international footprint, excellent ratings across the board and a very busy corporate team. They are looking for a Corporate partner to join their collegiate Scottish team. Opportunity to tap into an existing client base and augment your own.

The firm has offices across the UK including established presences in both Glasgow and Edinburgh. They have several offices across the globe, particularly in Europe and the Middle East. The corporate team operates across all regions – client referrals and sharing are part of the culture from top down. 

They have particular strength in Private Equity, private M&A and Venture Capital work, and operate across various sectors including energy, FMCG, TMT, sport and financial services. 

Notably for a large firm there is flexibility on rates and structuring your practice, specialisation etc. They are often a popular choice for partners looking to move to a firm which can be pragmatic on fees while offering a blue-chip service. 

There is also no bottleneck or complicated hierarchy – they will consider an existing Legal Director or Counsel level candidate for a partner position if you can demonstrate client relationships and partner behaviours.
