Real Estate Finance Solicitor | NQ-3 PQE | Norwich, Norfolk

The Role
This role will see you joining a legal 500-tiered department, working predominately on a caseload of secured lending transactions, acting for lenders and borrowers.
You will work closely with their Property, Banking and Finance teams supporting with all aspects of Real Estate Finance, including but not limited to; commercial, residential and mix-used purchases and remortgages. Transactional documents; contracts, licences, transfers, leases and development agreements.
Requirements:
- You should be a Qualified Solicitor (NQ-3 PQE).
- You should have strong technical knowledge and experience in dealing with a broad range of commercial property/real estate finance matters.
- You will have a flair for business development and strong billings history.
- You will have meticulous attention to detail and strong organisation skills.
