The successful candidate will act as a mentor and motivator, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture while delivering exceptional service to clients.

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in motor claims recovery, insurance, or legal services, along with strong leadership and team management skills. They should possess excellent communication abilities, a solid understanding of motor claims recovery processes.
