Senior Corporate Private Equity PSL

Are you a private equity lawyer who would be interested in a new Senior PSL / Knowledge Lawyer role at a major international law firm, working on a full or part-time basis?

This firm's highly regarded group acts for private equity houses, management teams and investee companies and acts on all stages of the private equity life cycle. Working alongside another PSL in the Corporate group, you will play a key role in maintaining its high standards of client service and legal expertise and the role will involve working collaboratively with lawyers at all levels in a supportive and collegiate environment. This broad role will include organising and delivering legal training, developing and maintaining the group's precedents, templates and practice notes, keeping the team up to date on significant legal and regulatory changes, producing internal updates and dealing with technical queries from lawyers and clients. The PSL will work closely with the firmwide Head of Knowledge Management, and the PSL will contribute to certain firmwide projects, for example in relation to innovation and improving legal process efficiencies.

For this role you will need to have significant private equity experience, ideally gained at a major law firm. Strong drafting, communication and organisational skills are required
