Overview

The Role
This would be an ideal position for a Senior/Managing Associate to step into a more senior position. This role involves shaping and expanding our renowned UK-wide construction practice, delivering innovative, client-focused legal solutions.
Who
You will have at least 10 years of experience, specialising in high-value non-contentious construction matters, with a proven track record of managing complex construction projects and drafting and negotiating intricate contracts, including JCT, NEC, FIDIC, and bespoke agreements for large-scale developments. You will have a deep understanding of construction law, project development, and contract management, paired with a commitment to delivering exceptional client service. Your ability to build and sustain strong client relationships will be enhanced by strategic advice, responsiveness, and identifying market opportunities to drive business growth and expand client networks. An advocate for legal technology, you will be skilled in implementing innovative solutions to streamline workflows and enhance service delivery. A team-oriented leader, you will excel in mentoring junior team members, fostering collaboration, promoting knowledge sharing, and supporting the professional development of colleagues.
