Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer looking for an opportunity the offers flexible hours, hybrid or full remote working and a supportive, friendly and down to earth culture?

This high-quality independent firm has grown significantly to c80 staff across a network of 4 offices throughout Wiltshire. However, the firm continues to expand and wins work nationally as well as locally and with full remote flexibility and office-based support, you can literally be based anywhere in the UK. The current team live as far afield as Manchester, Worcester, the Thames Valley and even Spain!

The firm has an extremely strong presence in residential property and is the Number 1 choice for locally referred work but also has a strong client base of property developers which generates high quality repeat work. As a result of continued growth, the firm is seeking to recruit an experienced residential conveyancer into this newly created opportunity to join their substantial Residential property team of c25.

The Managing Partner is an engaging, enthusiastic and passionate about making clients happy and treating people as you yourself would like to be treated. The culture is very friendly, supportive, down to earth and flexible - the firm had flexible working way before COVID and is happy to offer flexible hours to work around what is important to you outside of work. With a focus on output and working smart, not long, you will have paralegal support (plus dedicated onboarding and completion teams) and the technology in place to run an active portfolio of c80-90 cases.

As the ideal candidate for this interesting firm, you will:

  • Be an enthusiastic team player with great communication skills and a passion for client service
  • Have a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in residential conveyancing
  • Have managed your own caseload and be familiar with using case management software
  • Preferably be CILEX qualified or a Licensed Conveyancer – though this is not essential
  • Be naturally curious and keen to help develop the Property team.

Salary is negotiable according to experience but is likely to be up to c£45K.
