The role:

This is a excellent opportunity to join a premier team across Real Estate Dispute matters from a busy office based in the Manchester city centre.

This is an exciting time for the Property Litigation team, which boasts an expanding client list comprising landlords and tenants with national portfolios, developers and investors, public sector bodies, and FTSE 250 household names.

They are seeking a Senior Associate to play a key role in growing the practice. You will lead on a wide range of contentious property matters involving landlord and tenant issues (e.g., 1954 Act renewals, dilapidations, and break notices), telecoms and general property disputes such as adverse possession, easements, and title disputes.

The team is extremely busy so you'll be able to get stuck into great quality client work immediately both as a principal fee earner and supervising others. In return, you can expect the full force of the firm's backing and support with tangible progression routes

The ideal candidate:

  • Property Litigation Senior Associate 5+ years PQE
  • In depth knowledge of Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 renewals
  • Strong appetite for professional growth and motivation to consistently deliver your best
