A new vacancy has arisen for a high calibre 4 - 8 PQE structured finance lawyer to join this global offshore firm whose Cayman team has been consistently recognised as being one of the market leaders in this field.  Encompassing the full range of debt, equity, equity-linked, credit-linked and asset-backed securities, insurance linked securities, derivatives and other structured products, their experience includes securitisation, repackagings, collateralised bond and loan offerings, note programmes, commercial paper and depository receipt programmes and convertible debt and warrants issues. Clients include the world's leading international financial institutions, managers, arrangers, agents and trustees.  You will need to possess a strong academic record, be admitted in either the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Canada or South Africa, and have gained your experience at a major international or offshore law firm.
