Job Details
This UK headquartered international law firm has a top tier energy and infrastructure practice and is looking to recruit a number of associates into its specialist energy M&A team. Ideal candidates will be 2-4 pqe but candidates with relevant experience outside of this range will also be considered.
The team advise on acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and equity investments across the renewables, power and infrastructure sectors. The transactions are all complex, high value and cross-border. You will be working for a variety of partners and the firm offers exceptional training and development opportunities - this is an ideal role for a lawyer looking for both excellent work and support.
The team are keen to hear from lawyers already working in London as well as those with experience from other common law jurisdictions. Candidates will need prior exposure to the energy sector and will have trained and worked at another top international law firm.
