**CAYMAN ISLANDS – BANKING & FINANCE ASSOCIATE - 3-4 YEARS’ PQE**
Brand new career opportunity for an adventurous mid-level common law qualified banking and finance associate, keen to further his or her career with a major global offshore law firm in the Cayman Islands!

Headquartered in George Town, the Cayman Islands, it has multiple well-regarded offices in key locations including the BVI, London, Western Europe, and Asia.
In this role, you will join a seasoned and collegiate team of transactional finance lawyers in a prestigious George Town location, with prior experience gained at top law firms in the UK, Ireland, Australia and/or New Zealand. Acting for borrowers and lenders (including major financial institutions, alternative lenders, sponsors, private equity funds and hedge funds), you will work on a varied and challenging range of finance transactions including high value and complex leveraged finance, fund finance, real estate finance and structured finance, including CLOs and other securitisation structures.
Suitable candidates for this role will be is as follows:
- Qualified as a lawyer in the UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand or Canada;
- Currently working as a finance associate at a well regarded law firm in a major financial centre such as London, Dublin, Melbourne, Sydney, Auckland, Toronto or an offshore location;
- From 3-4 year’s post qualification experience;
- A clear and demonstrable interest in relocating to the Cayman Islands.
