Job Details

We are currently assisting a market leading Construction Team working out of a London office, who are seeking to bring in a Junior / Mid-Level Non-contentious construction Associate (2-5PQE) to work on a wide variety of construction transactions for some of their marquee clients. If the individual has a mixture of non contentious and contentious, that will suffice.

Associates at this Firm form an integral part of the team, are given day-to-day hands-on interface with clients and they regularly work with some of the largest developers in the country on  sophisticated matters that are often extremely complex. As a result they are looking only for individuals with technical excellence.

Pay is competitive with other leading Firms although unlike others, progression to Director and Partner is very swift. 

Aside from a generous salary, this Firm pays healthy bonuses (including five-figure sums) to those who exceed their hours targets (very low target hours - c. 1200).

The role is based in London although this Firm does not require individuals in the office on a permanent basis so it may also be of interest to those who would need to commute.
