Role Overview:

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a highly regarded Dispute Resolution and Insolvency team based in the Cayman Islands. Our client, a leading offshore legal practice, seeks a dedicated and commercially astute Associate to contribute to their continued success. This role offers the chance to work on complex cross-border litigation, contentious insolvency, and restructuring matters.

The successful candidate will be integral to maintaining the firm’s reputation for excellence and innovation, working collaboratively within a dynamic team of legal professionals in Cayman and across its global network.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• 3–5 years’ post-qualification experience in international commercial litigation, cross-border insolvency, and/or restructuring from a leading law firm.
• Strong academic credentials and a proven track record in high-value, complex disputes.
• Outstanding drafting skills and the ability to provide practical, commercial advice to clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A collaborative mindset, with the ability to mentor and guide junior associates.
