This leading offshore and international law firm has an excellent new opportunity for a further Associate to join their thriving and market leading Corporate & Finance practice on Jersey. Working with a stellar international client base that focuses on blue-chip banks, multinational and institutional investment firms and leading onshore law firms in major financial centres, their Jersey team undertake a wide range of Corporate and Finance matters, spanning M&A, private equity transactions, corporate restructurings, DCM, High Yield, leveraged and structured finance, including securitisations. You'll also have the chance to actively engage in BD activities, in the promotion of the firm and seeking opportunities for new work and cross-selling; working as part of a close team, and in daily interaction with the partners, you'll also play an active part in sharing knowledge and managing more junior lawyers; with the chance to also participate regularly in global and local CSR  initiatives. Applicants will need to have strong Corporate and/or Finance experience, ideally gained within a major offshore, UK or Commonwealth law firm.
