Are you a law graduate based in Birmingham with contract review experience? Or perhaps a Future Trainee looking to work before you start training? If so, look no further! A great opportunity has arisen for detail-oriented legal professional with a globally recognised law firm in the centre of Birmingham on a temporary basis, for three months initially with scope for extension.
 
About the Role:
  • This is a temporary Paralegal role where you will be working as part of a team of Paralegals to review, analyse, and summarise complex documentation on behalf of a top, global investment bank for a FS regulatory matter
  • Assisting Lawyers with document management and legal research.
 
About you:
  • Proven experience reviewing contracts (FS contracts exposure would be extremely beneficial).
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Educated to LLB/PGDL level, or equivalent.
  • Available at short notice.
