Real Estate (Legal) Operations Manager - Hampshire

Excellent opportunity for a Real Estate Operations Manager to join a top-ranked law firm.

Our client is an award-winning, Legal 500 rated law firm with offices spread throughout the South East. They are currently looking for a Real Estate Operations Manager to join their office in Farnborough, Hampshire.

The role will involve working with the HOD to provide an administration overview for the Department. This will include providing guidance to members of the team to ensure that all administrative processes and procedures are followed. Duties will include:

  • Departmental Meetings: Preparing agendas, minutes, and data for key meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and ready to take action.
  • Diary Management: Handling the scheduling and diary management for the Head of Department (HOD)
  • Client Relations: Assisting in processing client complaints, making sure issues are handled efficiently and professionally.
  • Billing Preparation: Gathering up-to-date billing information from Fee Earners to ensure timely and accurate billing cycles.
  • Financial Coordination: Working closely with the Accounts team on forecasts, billing, and financial reporting to support department goals.
  • Team Collaboration: Leading Fee Earner admin meetings, driving improvements and reporting feedback to the HOD.
  • Business Development: Taking charge of monthly business development meetings, collaborating with the HOD and Business Relationships Manager to boost department growth.
  • Debt Management: Helping reduce aged debt by working closely with Fee Earners to find solutions and improve financial performance.
  • Compliance & Efficiency: Conducting regular audits, ensuring all files are compliant with internal and external standards, and suggesting ways to enhance processes.
  • General Support: Being the go-to person for administrative tasks, answering calls, covering holidays, and stepping in wherever the team needs you, etc.


To be considered, you must have experience of managing an admin team with project management experience.
