The Role:
Are you an ambitious Senior Associate (6+ years PQE) looking for an exciting opportunity to take your career to new heights? Join a leading property litigation team, known for its expertise in handling high-profile and complex disputes, offering you access to an outstanding client roster and an exceptional variety of work.
This firm's Real Estate Disputes team is widely regarded for its pragmatic approach and ability to offer alternative dispute resolution strategies alongside traditional litigation methods. You will advise on a broad range of commercial and residential property disputes, including but not limited to:
- Commercial landlord and tenant disputes
- Telecoms rights and property-related issues
- Development disputes
- Secured lending recoveries
- Property-related insolvency advice
- High-value residential disputes, including enfranchisement
- Property-related professional negligence claims (acting for claimants)
- Mediation, arbitration, and contested litigation
