This firm's Real Estate Disputes team is widely regarded for its pragmatic approach and ability to offer alternative dispute resolution strategies alongside traditional litigation methods. You will advise on a broad range of commercial and residential property disputes, including but not limited to:

• Commercial landlord and tenant disputes
• Telecoms rights and property-related issues
• Development disputes
• Secured lending recoveries
• Property-related insolvency advice
• High-value residential disputes, including enfranchisement
• Property-related professional negligence claims (acting for claimants)
• Mediation, arbitration, and contested litigation
