  • Collaborate closely with other teams in the firm, including those specializing in fraud, financial services, banking disputes, and corporate litigation.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing expert legal advice in high-value disputes.
  • Actively engage in business development initiatives to support the firm's growth and reputation in the sector.
  • Mentor and support junior associates, contributing to their professional development and the overall success of the team.

What's Required:

  • 4+ years PQE in commercial litigation, with experience in insurance disputes.
  • A strong interest in and experience with insurance policyholder disputes, including areas such as professional indemnity, directors' and officers' liability, cyber, and construction insurance.
  • Proven experience managing high-value and complex commercial disputes.
  • A proactive approach to business development and a desire to contribute to the growth of the practice.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to manage a diverse and demanding caseload.
  • SRA registration or equivalent legal qualification.
