This leading offshore law firm has an excellent new opportunity for an experienced Associate or Senior Associate to join their market leading mainstream Corporate practice on Jersey. The firm is one of the largest in the Channel Islands and the firm of choice for many global financial institutions, investment funds, private equity houses, multinational corporations, public organisations, sovereign wealth funds and high net worth individuals. Their position as a top tier provider is reflected in the quality and number of the deals they advise on, ranging from offshore aspects of global M&A and private equity deals, to large-scale international Corporate Real Estate transactions, and standalone deals focusing particularly on the offshore financial services sector.
