Locum Dispute Resolution Solicitor
Our client, a well-established and highly regarded firm, is looking to recruit a Locum Dispute Resolution Solicitor to support their team.
Remote or hybrid working will be considered.
The role will focus on assisting the team with general dispute resolution matters, including corporate insolvency, business mediation and arbitration, commercial property disputes, debt recovery, intellectual property disputes and shareholder disputes.
To be considered for this role it is essential that you are a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE with generalist dispute resolution experience and preferably with extensive insolvency experience. Broad civil and commercial litigation, including landlord and tenant work, is also required along with the ability to manage your own caseload autonomously.
The role is due to start at short notice and is expected to run for 3 to 6 months.
