Excellent opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established law firm.

Our client is a Bristol and South West based law firm who have been providing legal services for over 100 years. They are currently looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join their Residential Property team in Nailsea, Somerset (near Bristol).

The role will involve managing your own conveyancing caseload. The caseload will consist of: Purchases (registered and unregistered, leasehold, freehold, shared ownership, new build); Sales (registered and unregistered, leasehold, freehold, shared ownership); Re-mortgaging; Transfers of equity; Equity release; Right to buy; and Lease extensions.

To be considered, you must be an experienced conveyancer with the ability to handle your own caseload with minimal supervision.
