Our client, a highly ranked, full-service law firm with offices in the South and Central London, are looking for a senior lawyer to add to their Corporate Team.

The long-established, well-regarded firm are highly ranked in the major independent legal directories, covering the full spectrum of legal disciplines, including corporate, commercial real estate, employment, private client, commercial law and immigration. 

The Corporate Team form an integral part of the practice. They have particular expertise in M&A, restructuring, joint ventures & collaborations, corporate governance & regulatory compliance and corporate finance. Many clients are long standing and include start up’s, SME’S and large corporations, in numerous sectors such as IT, education and aviation, working domestically and abroad.

This is a very unique opportunity as it offers the chance for the right candidate to take over an extensive and varied corporate caseload due to retirement of a partner.
