Excellent opportunity for a Senior Conveyancer to join a highly-regarded national law firm.

Our client is an award-winning UK law firm with offices spread across the country. They are currently looking for a Senior Conveyancer to join their dynamic Home Sales (Conveyancing) team in Taunton, Somerset.

The role will involve being responsible for managing your own conveyancing caseload, with an emphasis on producing high quality work to tight timescales. You will be responsible for the management of your own unit, including managing junior members of the team. Duties will include:

• Following case progression protocols and procedures
• Call handling
• Collating and creating documentation
• Preparing reports for clients
• Billing
• Progressing transactions from inception to completion
• Training and supervising junior members of your unit
• Providing after sales assistance to their client developers, etc.

To be considered, you must be an experienced conveyancer with the ability to work well with minimal supervision.

On offer is a competitive salary of up to £38,000 (depending on experience) and an attractive benefits package. The firm also focuses on career progression so there is plenty of scope for professional development.
