In House Residential Conveyancer

Our client, a well-known FTSE 100 listed company, is looking to recruit an in-house residential conveyancer to join their legal team.

Hybrid working available.

The role will primarily focus on supporting the team with plot sales, part exchanges and purchases and will involve building relationships with the purchaser's solicitors and the company's group legal department. In addition, you will be required to prepare estate documentation, send out contract documentation, monitor the legal process as well as managing the transfer or lease process.

To be considered for this role, it is essential that you have excellent knowledge of residential conveyancing, practice and procedure. Previous experience of handling plot sales for a residential house builder (either in house or in private practice) would be a distinct advantage. It is also essential that you have excellent IT skills, communication skills and the ability to effectively manage your own workload and to work to strict deadlines.
