Due to their continued success this, award winning, offshore corporate firm has a defined need to recruit a senior level corporate lawyer with a minimum of 8 years PQE for their Hong Kong office.

The firm’s vision is to provide advice and legal expertise at the highest level and to be a firm that is widely recognised for the quality of their advice and commitment to their clients.

Their leading corporate practice covers all areas of corporate law including; M&A, corporate finance, restructurings and capital markets. As part of their firm wide growth plan the leadership team are interested to meet senior corporate lawyers, with a minimum of 8 years PQE with extensive transactional experience gained either in the UK, NZ/Australia or Offshore.
