We are looking for someone who has a variety of experience within Litigation. Based in London. We have a strong loyal client base. Our fee earners are all specialists in their respective fields and act for a wide range of commercial and private sector clients. Our aim is to recruit a dynamic, forward-thinking individual who wishes to be part of our growth and who shares the firm core values.
The candidate
- You will have an excellent knowledge of all aspects of litigation, including civil, commercial, and property disputes.
- Experience in handling a variety of contentious matters, including contractual disputes, debt recovery, and landlord/tenant disputes.
- 2+ years PQE in litigation, with proven experience managing a caseload independently
- Able to work autonomously on complex legal matters, including drafting legal documents, preparing for trials, and conducting negotiations.
- Enthusiasm for engaging in networking and business development to grow the litigation practice
- Clear demonstrable ability and keenness to build and maintain client and referrer relationships
- Self-motivated team player
- Ambition to progress
- Excellent administration and organisational skills
- Professional but friendly and approachable
Key responsibilities
- Acting for multiple clients within our Litigation department on a variety of contentious matters.
- Handling case preparation, drafting legal documents, and providing strategic advice on litigation matters.
- Reporting directly to the Managing Partner
- Working within the growing Litigation team, collaborating on high-value and complex cases.
- Leading the department, helping to develop and expand our client base through successful case outcomes and business development initiatives.

Key skills and experience required
- Litigation Expertise – Strong knowledge of civil, commercial, and property litigation, including dispute resolution, case management, and legal drafting.
- Client Management – Building and maintaining strong, personalized relationships with clients while managing their expectations.
- Attention to Detail – Precision in drafting pleadings, witness statements, and other legal documents.
- Communication – Clearly explaining legal strategies and case developments to clients and colleagues.
- Discretion – Handling sensitive case information and maintaining client confidentiality at all times.
- Problem-Solving – Providing strategic and practical solutions to complex litigation matters.
- Commercial Awareness – Understanding the broader financial and business impacts of litigation outcomes.
- Organisation – Effectively managing a busy caseload, meeting deadlines, and maintaining accurate records
