Real Estate Disputes Senior Associate/ Legal Director (7 PQE+)
Role:
Strategic hire, for a leading Global outfit in their London HQ.
Embedded in their Real Estate Group, you will be responsible for leading their Property Litigation offering, which is L500 Ranked.
Their overall Real Estate team is led by renowned practitioners; further strengthened by a leading Construction Group also.
This is a Head of Department role, which comes with Associates to support from the outset, and an established practice to inherit also. Their Property Litigation offering consists of broad Disputes, including;
- Breach of Contract
- Sales/ Purchases
- Development
- Dilapidations
- L&T
- & more.
