BANKING & FINANCE (3 - 5 PQE) (CAYMAN ISLANDS) (US$150K - US$200K) (TAX-FREE)

A new vacancy has arisen for a high calibre 3 - 5 PQE banking and finance lawyer to join the Cayman office of this global offshore firm. The role will offer a broad range of finance work and candidates will ideally have experience in one of more of the following areas: acquisition finance; debt capital markets; structured finance; property finance; fund finance; asset finance; derivatives. You will need to possess a strong academic record, be admitted in either the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Canada or South Africa, and have gained your experience at a major national, international or offshore law firm.
