We are currently recruiting for a talented Personal Injury Litigator on behalf of a well-respected firm of solicitors in Carlisle. The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload of claimant personal injury matters, including road traffic accidents, employer liability, and public liability claims. Key Responsibilities

* Managing a diverse caseload of personal injury files from inception to settlement, ensuring the highest standards of client care
* Conducting thorough legal research and preparing accurate case assessments
* Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including pleadings and witness statements
* Engaging in negotiation, settlement discussions, and mediation
* Representing clients in court when required and liaising with counsel
* Complying with procedural and regulatory requirements, maintaining a keen eye for detail
Candidate Requirements

* A minimum of 2 years' experience handling personal injury cases in a similar legal setting
* Proven track record in achieving favourable outcomes for clients
* Strong understanding of personal injury law, civil procedure, and litigation process
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
