An opportunity has arisen for a commercial lawyer to join a successful financial services business based in central Liverpool. Joining an existing team of 3 you'll work in a supportive, interesting environment and build a range of commercial skills.

Reporting to the Head of Legal you will:

- Review and negotiate a range of commercial agreements;
- Assisting with company secretarial work including taking minutes and working closely with the Board;
- Advising on data protection matters; and
- Horizon scanning for regulatory and legislative change.

You should be a commercial lawyer with at least 2 years PQE gained either in-house or in practice, this would be an ideal first in-house move as the Head of Legal is really supportive and knowledgeable. The business is mainly office based so travel to Liverpool regularly is required.
