Job Details
This is a varied role involving drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements. You will also be advising and assisting the business on a wide range of other legal matters.
Based in London this company has a hybrid working policy preferring employees to be in 2-3 days in the office per week.
The ideal candidate:
- A strong grounding in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements including MSAs, NDAs, framework agreements and other complex commercial contract
- Familiarity with data protection law (UK GDPR)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate legal issues in a business-friendly way and influence key stakeholders
- Able to effectively manage competing priorities and stakeholder expectation
- A UK qualified solicitor with strong academics ranging from 2 to 6 years PQE
