Job Details
Based in London this company has a hybrid working policy but would prefer employees to be in the office 3 days per week.
Key responsibilities:
- Drafting and negotiating a wide variety of contracts and agreements including, framework agreements, SaaS, software, MSAs, consultancy agreements
- Working with the colleagues to ensure commercial contracts (both supplier and customer) are fit for purpose
- Assisting with related commercial and legal issues
- A minimum of two experience in drafting, negotiating and managing public sector commercial contracts, and related public sector procurement experience
- Have significant experience drafting and negotiating public sector procurement
- Have good communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Have a commercial / business outlook to their work
