This is a rare and really interesting opportunity for a Commercial Solicitor with expertise in the Data Privacy and Technology arena. The clientele, an array of large institutional businesses, a whole variety of entrepreneurial clients and some niche and cutting edge sectors, provides a wealth of interesting and high quality work. The role comes from a broad commercial base but will have a focus on Data Privacy and Technology matters and will suit a solicitor with an interest in this field. There is scope to balance the level of absolute specialism and so the incoming lawyer may become practically a complete specialist or alternatively keep a wider scope of work as part of their portfolio.

In general terms this will suit a solicitor with in excess of 5 years post qualification expertise in commercial law and ideally a decent exposure to Data Privacy and Technology law.
