The Consultants at Segal Placements have a 20 year track record of placing Partners (and Senior Associates / Of Counsel / Legal Directors, into Partnership).

As we move into Q4 of 2024, and whilst certain practice areas remain in a slight lull, we as an agency remain as busy as ever and currently have Partners and teams of Partners out at interview with numerous different London-based firms across multiple disciplines. 

We can be differentiated from most other Legal Recruitment Agencies by virtue of the fact that:

  • We ONLY work on Partner and Partner Designate roles
  • We ONLY work with the Lawyer 'TOP 200' Firms
  • Our contacts are almost exclusively Managing Partners, CEO's and Heads of Department who we have a direct line through to and from who we tend to get very swift feedback. 
  • Our Director previously spent many years working on the Chambers Legal Directories and as a result has an in depth understanding of which Firms best suit which individuals and multiple contacts at most leading Law Firms.
  • We have placed at and worked with virtually every one of the top 200 Law Firms and a majority of US Firms in London
  • We currently have numerous roles available in multiple practice areas including those listed here
