Corporate (M&A) Associate / Senior Associate (3-5 PQE)

This leading Global outfit are starting their search for an ambitious Corporate Associate or Senior Associate, to join their formidable London Team.

Working in a progressive firm of this profile, means access to an enviable and high-quality international client base, alongside the opportunity to regularly work closely with the wider European & Global groups on cross-jurisdictional matters.

This is an exceptional opportunity to work within an industry leading Corporate team; in a role which is M&A focused/ specialised.

They are sector agnostic, but have an outstanding reputation across; Tech, Life Science, Construction & more; headed up by industry leading Partners.

The department are thinking long-term with these hires and want to provide a great level of client exposure and want someone to take an active and key role within the team.

Available at Associate or Senior Associate level.

Remuneration: £120,000 – £140,000 + (Depending on experience)

We are seeking:

• England & Wales Qualified
• Approaching 3PQE, or above
• Quality M&A experience and happy to specialise
• Must be from Global, Chambers, SC/MC, or US firm in London
