Job Details
Our international client operating in the defence sector is seeking a qualified Legal Advisor to join their team in based in Hertfordshire (hybrid). This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of a dynamic organisation that is at the forefront of technological innovation.
You will act as a trusted Legal Adviser, assisting various stakeholders throughout the business, including the senior management team. You will provide commercially orientated legal advice principally to the UK business which consists of 5 lawyers. Work will cover contracting as well as disputes, employment IP, regulatory, competition and compliance matters.
They are looking for someone who can demonstrate good legal skills, who is happy to be a "generalist" and, where there are gaps in their existing legal knowledge, has a desire to learn on the job and expand their competencies. you will be a be a qualified Solicitor or Barrister with 1-4 years' experience and have worked in a respected law firm and or in-house role. You will need to have a commercial approach and be able to work and communicate effectively in a matrixed muti cultural organisation.
