Public Procurement Lawyer - International Services Business

The scope of the services this business provides for its pharmaceuticals clients is truly overarching and you will have the opportunity to be involved at the sharp end from a legal perspective, advising mainly on supplier contracts as well as some other generalist commercial matters e.g. GDPR, improving legal efficiencies, internal stakeholder management and other ad hoc legal queries.

The organisation partners with businesses in both the public and private sector, so experience of negotiating contracts on behalf of public sector bodies is required.

If you are currently working in house and are looking for more varied legal work and more exposure to advising key stakeholders, then this role will offer that. Alternatively, if you are a private practice lawyer looking for a move in-house, then this role offers fantastic variation and development, and the business has a track record of progressing its lawyers up the ladder.

The business offers you the opportunity to work 3 days from home per week with 2 days per week required in the Birmingham office.
