Rare in-house opportunity working with a hugely successful brand in Liverpool.
I'm working on a new opportunity for an experienced property lawyer to join an establish in-house legal team in a senior role. Reporting to the Group Counsel you will help to manage the team, a multi-million pound portfolio and a range of transactions including acquisitions, disposals, and lease negotiations
You will also have the opportunity to broaden your knowledge in general legal matters for the business including commercial contracts, advising on intellectual property; licensing and regulatory law.
The business operates a hybrid working policy and has a supportive and fast-paced culture where you an hone your commercial thinking.
This role would best suit a lawyer with at least 5 years' PQE in commercial property gained either in practice or in-house. Commercial contracts experience is advantageous but training will be provided.
