Our client, an elite US firm in London with a growing high-yield and leveraged finance practice, is eager to speak with talented and ambitious US admitted associates with strong experience of high yield bond issuances and NY law credit agreements.

Applicants should have excellent academic credentials including a JD or LLM from a T14 Law School and be admitted to practice in New York State (those admitted in other US Jurisdictions may also be considered). It is likely that the successful candidate will have strong experience of high yield bonds and rule 144 securities matters from another leading US or UK headquartered law firm. Candidates already in the London market or those looking to relocate from New York, elsewhere in the US or other financial centres will be considered.
