Our client, one of the elite US law firms in London, is seeking talented and ambitious private equity associates to join their market leading practice.

The firm has a stellar reputation both in London and globally, and is known for advising on some of the most complex and high-profile transactions across all areas of law. The private equity team is a core practice area for the firm, and has been involved in some of the biggest and most complex transactions in the market.

The team are looking to hire associates at the junior and mid-levels in light of a very healthy deal pipeline. Successful candidates are likely to have between 1-6 years of experience from highly regarded US or UK firm practices. Excellent technical skills, strong commercial awareness, and a strong academic background. are also required.
