Our client, a prestigious US firm with a well established London platform, is seeking a junior and a mid-level Structured Finance/Securitisation Associate to join their market-leading practice.

The successful candidate will work on a range of structured finance and securitisation matters spanning a variety of asset classes across the public and private markets. The firm boasts one of the leading structured finance practices in London and acts for many of the world's leading financial institutions and investors.

The successful candidate will have a strong academic record, as well as practicing experience from a firm with a strong reputation in structured finance. Candidates from in-house backgrounds, as well as those relocating to London from other sophisticated financial markets (i.e. New York, Hong Kong, Singapore, Sydney, Dublin, Frankfurt) would all be considered.
