Structured Finance Associate (2-6PQE) – US firm

We are working with an Elite US law firm on a position within their highly regarded Structured Finance team within their London office.

You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of Structured Finance & Securitisation transactions which includes residential mortgage loans, unsecured personal loans, auto loans, credit card receivables, trade receivables, NPLs, FinTech-related financial assets, corporate loans (CLOs and direct lending), and other esoteric asset classes including energy.

You will work all major market participants, including issuers and sponsors, banks, investors and funds, insurers, as well as credit enhancers and liquidity providers.

You will receive industry-leading training, Partner contact within a highly commended practice, which boasts leading lawyers across the globe. As well as this, you will receive a market-leading salary and bonus.

Salary - £185k-320k depending on level and experience, as well as a competitive bonus.
