This firm is recognized globally for its strengths across the full spectrum of structured debt products and are keen to grow their Derivatives practice in London to offer a more holistic service to the team's client base which includes leading financial institutions, funds, and asset managers. The role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge transactions, including complex OTC derivatives, structured products, and associated regulatory matters, alongside some of the most respected partners in the field.

The ideal candidate will have strong academics, significant experience in derivatives from a leading law firm, and a deep understanding of drafting and negotiating derivatives and other structured product documentation.
