Brand new opportunity for a common law qualified corporate associate to join the Global Transactional Practice of one of the world’s leading offshore law firms in the stunning Caribbean setting of the Cayman Islands. 

Working with a number of UK and Australasian qualified partners on the ground in our client’s prestigious offices in Georgetown, you will join you will join the Cayman’s largest and leading transactional team which is highly ranked in all the regional directories. You will work on a wide variety of corporate matters - private equity transactions, IPOs, public and private M&A, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and SPACs – for a blue-chip client base which includes major international financial institutions, multinational businesses, global investment firms and leading onshore law firms.

Suitable candidates will be as follows:

• Qualified as a Lawyer in the Australia, New Zealand, the UK, the Republic of Ireland or Canada;
• From 3-6 years’ PQE in corporate transactional deals at another major national or international law firm in a leading financial centre such as London, Sydney, Melbourne, Auckland, Dublin, or Toronto;
• Excellent academic background and a strong career trajectory to date;
• A team playing ethos and strong inter-personal skills.
