This Top Tier Corporate/Commercial practice has recently undergone a rebranding, complete with a new bespoke website, and is already enjoying the benefits through increased business opportunities and an enhanced reputation.

As a result of this growing workflow, the firm is looking for a Corporate/Commercial Partner to join their leading St Albans office. The position offers hybrid working, allowing you to work from home two days a week.

With approximately 90 staff across two offices (central London and Hertfordshire), they are in the process of making senior hires in various practice areas to build on their ongoing success.

The Role

This role is ideal for an ambitious Corporate and Commercial Partner seeking progression and equity.

The department currently consists of six members, led by two partners. Work is evenly divided between corporate and commercial matters, specializing in areas such as company formation, business agreements, commercial contracts, joint ventures, M&A, management buy-outs, and restructuring.

They also provide advice on shareholder and director rights and responsibilities, exit events, share ownership and transfer rights, and restrictive covenants.

Requirements:

  • You will be a Corporate/Commercial Partner.
  • Highly meticulous, commercially focused, and outcome-oriented.
  • Proven track record in business development and exceptional client care.
