Corporate & Commercial Solicitor - Hampshire / Hybrid, £Competitive

New opportunity! - we are assisting a leading regional firm who are Chambers-rated for their advisory work on corporate and commercial transactions and looking to add an experienced Solicitor / Associate to their growing team based in Hampshire.

The business services team assist clients with company formation, constitution, and restructuring as well as Commercial Contracts (Supply of goods/services agreements, IT contracts, Agency and distribution agreements, non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements and Franchise agreements).

In addition to this, the successful individual will be able to demonstrate experience in dealing with corporate governance and compliance, corporate transactions (share purchases, asset purchases, company buyback of shares, and company merging and de-merging) is also required.

Our client is continuing their growth within their corporate commercial team and is now looking for a highly enterprising, proficient and personable individual.

You will need to be technically experienced in some/all aspects of corporate commercial work and have the ability to explain complex matters. A minimum of NQ-1 PQE is desirable.

You will be a self-starter with great client skills as you'll be working on many high-value matters, protecting the interests of your clients and enabling them to make the right decisions for their businesses.

• M&A: Advise on transformative, multimillion-pound cross-border acquisitions and mergers.
• Private Equity/Venture Capital: Join the journey from seed funding to exit for innovative entrepreneurs and investors.
• ECM: Guide companies through IPOs, offerings and regulatory compliance in fast-paced capital markets work.
• Listings: Ensure seamless transitions to public markets under UK Listing Rules and AIM Rules.
• Company Law: Provide robust advice on governance, compliance and commercial agreements.
• Joint Ventures: Facilitate strategic collaborations through complex negotiations.
• Reorganizations/Demergers: Streamline corporate structures for maximum operational impact.
• Restructuring/Insolvency: Steer businesses through insolvency while protecting stakeholders.
